Although its a great idea for some. I wouldnt suggest cutting your hair at all though :/ because there will be a point in time where you really want it to be long and youll maybe regret cutting it. thats just my opinion though :) try new hair styles like buns, braiding,curling,wavy,bows there are so many different varieties of hair styles that don't require heat too.

All depends on what you want. not cutting it because you might regret it some point later is a poor reason, come on :p. anyways... a bob cut, or a lob to your chin would make you look very grown up I think! and look very cute.

A pixie cut would be a disaster for your face shape I would keep long add layers and maybe dye chocolate brown.
