How can I grow my hair faster?

I am 13 and my hair is super soft and healthy but it grows so slow. I have done remedies before a couple time but I haven't found one I love. I have used mane n tail but it makes my hair tangled and gross. I can't take a pill either! My goal it's to the top of my butt.

I also have never died or highlighted my hair. It's natural.

Nothing can increase the speed of your hair growth, it is determined by genetics. However, you can prevent damage and increase the durability of your hair, which will reduce breakage and increase the length you can retain. Having a nutritious, well-balanced diet; exercising; practicing proper hygiene; and avoiding heat or tightly pulled styles will help your hair be strong and healthy.

Castor oil and coconut oil 2x a week, about a 1tsp each , message into the head and leave it on over night or for atleast 3-5 hrs

I am very fit. So are both of my parents. All 3 of us have abs and muscles. I excersize about everyday... And my mom is and organic freak so I have all organic stuff in my house. Lol. Thanks for the tips.
