Hey :) so I dyed the tips my hair red a couple weeks ago and it turned out great but now it started to fade and I'm thinking about maybe, bleach it and then dye it again, but I don't know how much time I have to wait and all that stuff, any tips?

Red hair is a very hard color to keep it fades very very quickly even if you bleach it to keep the color longer you have to wash your hair with shampoo that protects the hair dye from falling out try asking an employee at your local beauty store for shampoo that won't strip the dye as fast and I'm sure they'll give you some good tips.

If you wanted to make your red colour last longer you could buy a red fudge due colour and a spray bottle with water in it, add red colouring and spray into your hair whenever you notice your hair fading.

You don't need to bleach it again just re-color it with the red hair color. Red is a pain to keep so no matter what you do it's going to be high maintenance.
