I'm doing an Aztec design, and I'm kinda new at nail art. S should I buy a pen or brush.

Hi Mckelvie! A pen and a brush have different uses. But since you are doing an Aztec design, I think a pen would be better (:

A pen would be good if you're new at nail art:) just make sure you let the base color dry before you use the pen or else it'll leave dents!

Nail or pens tend to thicken over time. And are hard to apply so I would buy a brush! Atleast you can dip it in multiple colours.

I use acrylic paint with a small detail brush.
