I love my Dream AirFoam. It's about $9.99 for a bottle. It's very pigmented and has great coverage. It comes out in a mousse like foam, so that makes it even cooler. Use some matte powder over it and you're good to go. :)

Plus you can get it from Target or Walgreens. It's made by Maybelinne so you shouldn't have trouble finding it!

Mineral powder usually shimer a bit so I'm not sure its the best thing to cover scars :-$ I also recomend revlone color stay.. danna m. beautiful name :-)

I'm sure this isn't what you're looking for, but please, just listen. I also have bad skin filled with acne. Your best bet is not to wear makeup. It'll help clear up your skin so much, and give you a better self image. Plus, you'll probably just be around people who have seen you without, so it won't matter. When you do go out, just do spot treating with concealer. Just please give it a try, at least for a week. There are so many benefits! Plus, your face will tan along with the rest of your skin.
