Try milk of magnesia to absorb excess oil, and try a different foundation. There's probably a problem with it if primer AND spray arent working!

Is putting moisturizer under primer causing my makeup to "slip off"... The first hour my makeup looks fine but after hour two my concealer and everything else seems to fade away.

Can you check to see if your foundation and primer are based the same? if one is silicon based and the other water, one of them will start to breakdown very quickly. any ingredient that ends with "cone" will be silicone.

Also give each process about 10 mins each before the next step. this allows that one product to "cook" and settle into the skin.

Use a oil controlling primer and a long wearing mattifying foundation, set with a loose powder. Throughout the day if you get shiny blot with blotting papers then lightly dust a translucent powder anywhere you get oily :)
