I'm 18 and have pretty much never worn any makeup besides clear lipgloss and occasionally mascara. What types and brands should I get so that I look nice at college?

The ELF studio line is pretty decent for starting out
Revlon is good for lipstick and powders
Maybelline is good for mascara
You can also try mark cosmetics

I use the maybellene bb cream and it's super easy! For most of everything else drugstore I have is wet n wild! Super SUPER cheap but great makeup! Eyeshadow, bronzer, and blush are great from wet n wild. Hope I helped!

Elf is a good brand for starters. I personally used Rimmel when I first started using makeup. NYX is also another good one because it's affordable and a lot of their products are good stuff :)

Rimmel 24 Hour Foundation
Any Maybelline concealer (they're the best)
The Falsies mascara by Maybelline or Get Up and Grow by Almay
Any ELF powder or blush
Rimmel or Revlon Bronzer
Wet n Wild eyeshadows. If you go on YouTube you'll see how amazing they are and that most of them are MAC dupes
Any Revlon lip product
Hope I helped!

You could go to the drugstore, have a look around. The wet and wild eyeshadow pallets are good as they tell you where to apply the eyeshadow. If you feel you need, perhaps a bb cream, or a powder for your face. Check out YouTube! I love the step by step photo tutorials on Pinterest for eyeshadow. Experiment and have fun :)

For drugstore brands, I love Hard Candy.
