I use an eyeshadow primer underneath to give it some more holding power!

Try using a waterproof eyeliner and also use consealer as close to the lash line as possible so it doesn't bleed. Oh and you could go over the liner with black eyeshadow just to set it. Hope that helps. :)

Hi Farah, you would just need an eye primer not a concealer they're two different things a primer will help set your eyeliner to prevent it from smudging away and I suggest to also use a water proof liner either a pencil,or a gel liner and set with a powder such as eye shadow to help give staying power as well.First off apply the primer with a small brush onto your lower lash line NOT on your waterline..then your pencil or gel like how you usually do it then finish set with the eye shadow dab it on :)hope this helps you.

Primer isn't usually in shades (well my bare minerals one isn't) it's all about trial and error, for me personally a concealer has worked and applying eyeshadow on top. Try the techniques and see which one works best for you b.

You would need a good eye cream to help with the under eye issue because depending on your skin or depth of your bags concealer can only help so much in fact in some cases can make it look worse but it's hard to give you the correct info with no picture here, and I'm only giving you what I know from experience with makeup. You need to no if you do well with cream or liquid concealers or if a brightener concealer would be best it's all different texture's and cover results.I would start with an eye cream like Boots N7 eye serum then try and eye brightener first Neutrogena is awesome and I loveEstee Lauder Maximum Camouflage Makeup.:)
