Pack dry shampoo, face cleansing wipes and makeup in a carry on bag. Chances are your makeup will get messed up in those 11 hours so do it when you get off the plane. To fix oily hair use the dry shampoo. You could even bring a change of clothes so you'll be comfy on the plane and you can change.

Have it in damp braids during the flight, by the time you get to camp, let them loose, run thru some dry shampoo then BAM! Beautiful waves. :)

For makeup, just do a layer of bb cream and powder before you head to the camp. :)

I would wear a really comfy dress! This way you don't have to worry about being uncomfortable or bringing a change of clothes. As for makeup, I would probably bring a few of your essentials (whatever it may be) because chances are it will get messed up. Might as well let your skin breathe for most of the flight and then do it the last hour or so of the ride (It'll also give you something to do!).
