I use witch hazel mixed with asprin. you can also use orange blossom water as a toner. I like using more homemade toners or natural toners because there's less of a chance ill break out unless I'm alergic. rose water is a good toner toi.

So you can grab a little two ounce bottle and throw threeor four asprins inside of it. Fill the bottle full with 100% witch hazel, you can find this at walmart, walgreens, etc. shake it up until the asprin dissolves and just pour some on a cotton pad and use your toner. shake it up everytime you use it. The orange blossom water and rose water, amazon and your local health market have it, can be used alone as a toner. it makes your face moisturized and clean! You can use the witch hazel alone too because its a natural toner and has no alcohol so its not drying.:)
