So my face is not oily it's normal, except my nose and the areas of my cheeks besides my nose.. Should I moisturize my face with an oil free moisturizer or not moisturize at all? I'm scared if I do it'll make me break out.

Yes you should moisturize because if you don't your skin is goin to produce more oils to motorize your skin so you should moisturize to prevent more oily skin
