Hi! I like to use MAC Mineralize Foundation... if you have some problems trying to get a flawless application you can use the Beauty Blender Sponge. That will save you a lot of problems! Hope that could help you girl! =)

Hi Mashell! Have you tried BB creams? If you want extremely flawless coverage, you can do this.
1) Tinted moisturizer.
2) BB Cream. Lightly pat 2nd or 3rd layers on blemishes for heavier coverage.
3) Cream concealer.
4) Loose mineral foundation.
Remember to blend well in between each product! Hope this can help you!

Use a [full-coverage] foundation all over, then concealer on extra trouble spots, then a finishing power to set.

I use cover fx cream foundation for my own acne and scarring. It works wonders!

I have the same issues. I definitely recommend using a primer, such as Porefessional, Perfekt, or even the Rimmel one for 10$ works great. For NIGHT time- I use MUFE Velvet Mat foundation (has great coverage) and Benefit Erase Paste (highly pigmented with a natural finish) for extra red spots, and around nose, and definitely set it with a powder that leaves you with an "airbrushed" finish, such as MUFE HD Powder, or Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil (my personal fave as it soaks up oil)

hello, I recommend you to go to your local cosmetician and get some good advice from her/him :) It's pretty expensive, but you don't want to waste money for products that won't work?

what are you using to cleanse, treat and moisturize your face with? i had pretty bad acne for the majority of my teenage years. i found that products with tea tree oil in it really helps. i personally love the bert's bees acne line and the tea tree products from the body shop. they're awesome :) when washing your face, don't over scrub and don't use a cloth at all.
as far as makeup is concerned, try using a green tinted primer (the mufe one is pretty awesome), medium coverage all over the face (revlon colorstay is a great buy) and use a cream concealer/foundation to cover the spots. powder it down to set it all in place and you should be good to go. just make sure you take all the makeup off at night.

Whatever you go for, make sure you use a foundation and concealer combo that is NON-COMEDOGENIC. This means it will allow your skin to breathe & won't clog your pores - thus highly reducing your chances of breaking out from your makeup.
