Fill in brows a nice pink lipstick or gloss. Winged eyeliner, loose curls or braids or a messy up do. Also a bb cream for a bit of coverage.

Layers and side bangs.. Eyeliner would bring out your eyes, light pinks and reds would bring out your skin tone, and a light peachy color on your cheeks would look pretty rad too.
