So I need a very heavy duty eyeliner that can withstand everything from insane humidity to snorkeling trips. For 10 weeks I'm going to be traveling around Thailand, possibly Laos, and I need my eyeliner to not budge. I'll be swimming and sweating like crazy, and whatever I buy needs to be able to handle that.

I have used the MAC liner before, and love it, but HATE the brush. It is such a pain to work with, and it drove me crazy, but it does stay put.

Now the MUFE liners have gotten rave reviews, so I'm curious. They seem like they'd be easier to work with, but I don't know if they could withstand the abuse my makeup takes on a daily basis. Also, when I tried the tester at the counter, the product seemed to glob onto my hand. Is this normal?

Help me decide which one to buy? I'm so indecisive!

Makeup Forever Aqua ANYTHING is super hardcore. Be prepared to wear it until you wash your face, because for me, It really doesn't budge.

Also with testers, the products tend to have a lot of bacteria because the brush has been swiped on numerous hands, and bacteria can obviously hinder a product.

I agree with the MAC eyeliner brush as well, it takes me FOREVER to get a wing.

I definitely agree that the MUFE liner has a MUCH better applicator, but I'm nervous about the longevity. I've bought a few "waterproof" liners lately that haven't been doing so well.

I haven't tried the MAC liner, because, quite frankly, once I discovered the MUFE Aqua Liners, I never strayed. They're not only waterproof, they'll pretty much stay put throughout the day and night even on my super oily lids. And the humidity here in Singapore ain't nothing to sneeze at either. Have fun in Thailand and Laos! Man, I miss their street food. Note to self: Must go again soon.

Well that settles it. I guess I'll have to try the MUFE Aqua liner. Thanks for the help.

And the food is fantastic isn't it? And so cheap!

The food is a-mazing. Just the thought of it has me drooling. The flavours are so fresh and exciting. And yes, dirt cheap. Heaven! I can survive on street food alone when I'm over there. The other place that's right at the top of my list is India. You should definitely go since you'll be in the region, if you haven't already. Sigh. I'm so hungry right now. Hah!

@LEX: Gonna go get me some of that today. Shopping, street food, and then dying my hair. All courtesy of my fantastic boyfriend. I'm TOO lucky!
