This might not be the best suggestion but my natural hair isn't really damaged, it just feels it and looks it so I just use Chi heat protectant spray the iron guard one and straighten it and I think over time it helps your hair... Idk it kind of tamed mine to the point where I don't have those annoying fly aways all up and down my hair anymore!

Oil miracle shampoo and conditioner from schwarzkopf.. it's made of agran oil and it's really good for your type of hair..
I use repair rescue hair cream for ends, it prevents them to get damaged, I don't use any conditioner nor anything just this cream and I haven't had damaged ends for 3 years by now and I am not living without it anymore :) you can get this stuff in hairdressing saloon..

I have the same problem... It freaking sucks!! I use the not your mother's way to grow shampoo because it's sulfate free and then the suave almond and Shea butter conditioner and leave that in for like 5 minutes.. Then I don't like shake my hair dry I just kinda squeeze out all the water and I use the aussie hair insurance and this tresemme cashmere touch serum! Does prety good! I also loveeeee the chi silk infusion.. It's just so expensive.

Using a sulfate-free shampoo can really help!! Also try to avoid other ingredients like dimethicones and other silicones (they normally end with -cone). These make sure hair feel good at first but they actually dry your hair out over time. I think it's because it doesn't let any moisture through but I'm not sure :/ something like that. Anyway I hope tgis helps!
