Dress however you want! :) Whatever you feel comfortable in! They don't judge at Gaga. Ahaha. You can go all out and wear a costume or be laid back :)

I agree with Andrea, whatever you want! Personally since its your birthday and a gaga concert, I would say go all out! It's a rare opportunity to get to do any look, color yourself crazy, pile on the glitter and not get judged haha :) And for makeup ideas, Gaga is tons of inspiration. But of course however you're comfortable!

You're going to have Sooo much fun! I saw her about a year ago at the Garden and it was awesome I did the lightning bult over my eye and wore a skirt with a Gaga tee shirt!

OMG. For Gaga go ALL out. I'm planning on going as well and I plan to make a pair of her heel-less shoes with a Born This Way jacket and for make-up Gaga usually does some really intricate eyeliner and then red lips. So if you wanna copy any of those ideas I'd say go for it! :D
