You can make them appear bigger if you put white pencil or eye shadow on your water line and also if you put false eyelashes your eyes will look more awake!!you look beautiful in this picture without make up!!

Use a nude-pink eyeshadow color on the inner corner of the eyes because it brings light to the eyes without being too dramatic like white. Conceal your under eye circles to make them look less tired. To make them appear closer, when lining your top eyelids, bring the eyeliner down a little at the inner corners to create the allusion that they are closer together.

For making them look bigger, don't put any dark colors near the inner corners of your eyes at the bottom, so when you put on your lower eyeliner (if you choose to do so), apply it on the outer edges to the middle, and the smudge it inwards. :) You could also highlight those inner corners with a light shimmery eyeshadow.

You can try to fill in your brows so they're a little closer. And put eye liner jmt he other corners and extra mascara there.

Your eyes look quite big already. If you feel the need to bring them closer together then fill in eyebrows so they are closer together. Additionally use pale shadow on the lid with a slightly darker shade on the crease! Honestly you are very pretty and don't need to worry about such concerns.
