I've never heard of it but I heard caffeine is good for the skin so maybe it's good for the hair too?

Nothing makes hair grow. Hair growth is controlled by your genetics, and influenced slightly by your health. Eat healthy, practice good hygiene, and avoid severe hairstyles (tight braids and ponytails, heavy weaves or extensions) and heat styling. You can reduce hair breakage and fall, which will create the illusion of faster growth. However, despite anecdotes to the contrary, nothing can actually make hair grow faster.
