Ok I have pretty damaged hair my ends are fried. Is it really necessary to cut all of that off in order to keep the rest of it healthy?

Yeah you should hurry up and trim your ends you don't want them to become split because when that happens it will just continue to split all the way up. and that's loads of damage you don't want to be bald head :/

Definitely cut! I had the aame problem from over straightening so I had to chop practically over half of my waist-long hair. But totally worth it!

Maybe you could get like a shampoo and conditioner for split ends and jus cut a lil off if its a lot of your hair that you don't wanna lose.

Trim it all off, the sooner the better!! There is no way to repair split ends, no shampoo or conditioner will fix the problem, just coat your hair. If you wait the damage will keep going up closer to your scalp, meaning you will have to chop lots off.

Once yur hair is split theyres no repairing it only way is cutting it and starting fresh...yur hair is dead lol theyres no way to revive it or heal it.

You need to get a trim and I also recommend you to try pro naturals moroccan argan oil which stops the hair breakage and leaves the hair strong and healthy.
