Naturally I have really curly hair but the amount of heat I've put on it for years has just left me with frizz!! I can't have my hair naturally curly because it goes too big and frizzy so I'm straightening my hair at least every other day to keep it manageable and I can't remember the last time I havent applied heat to my hair.Any suggestions for how I can get my curls back?:)

Try L'Oreal's EverCurl shampoo and conditioner! It's abut pricy for shampoo and conditioner, but I have heard its really worth it!

I have really curly hair and I don't put that much heat on it because I don't want to loose them you can get a perm or when your out of the shower apply oil or hair gloss to your hair before you untangle it that's what I do and I hope it helps you to :)

Use a shampoo and conditioner for curly hair, use a deep conditioner once a week, try to avoid heat, and use a curl enhancing mousse. I have naturally curly hair :)
