Why don't you try with light brown and lines of blonde? it makes me cry when I see women with darker skin and this haircut. you are all so pretty QQ.

Try platinum hair that transitions into a dirty golden blonde shade. It will look fab on dark skin tones!

I say start with some honey hilites- remember whatever you do will require maintenance, so if its drastic its every month. Honey hilites will totally be noticeable but you won't need as much retouch which looks better longer and not as costly :)
