I worked in water and dirt at farm market today and wrecked my nails! chipped, peeling layers and the polish I had on peeled off!! the nails are so sore! I tried olive oil and heat pad but any other recommendations, especially for the layers of nail peeling off that might help?? it happens to me allot so I always wear gloves doing dishes.

Not sure what you can do for the soreness but the oil sounds good. try some vasaline as well. maybe taking some biotin would help more long term

Uyy poor thing :( well maybe you should go to the nail salon and get a manicure every few weeks for treatment , but definitely taking biotin is a great vitamin for helping with nail growth.

Not sure what to do about soreness but put a clear nailpolish on and it'll make the peeling less noticable.
