I'm thinking of buying my own waxing kit for my house. Any advice on what kind or tips I should know?

If you mean just waxing strips or something veet are the best..actual hot wax I'm not sure x

I got Anastasia's pro wax kit and use it for eyebrows and other facial waxing. It's so easy and works so well!

Hi, I'm a cosmetologist- use clean sticks every time you get wax from the pot: if not then any germs on that stick will breed in the wax and give you an infection later down the road. Make sure you don't apply the wax too hot, touch the tip of the applicator to your wrist first. If you apply wax too hot you will rip off living tissue with your hair and cause scarring.
I suggest practicing on your legs a lot before attempting anywhere on your face. Brows are the one thing I recommend to NEVER wax your self. Wax is a difficult product to control and most of the time pro's mess things up- over waxing eyebrows can lead to permanent growth pattern changes and leave you with gaps or missing sections.

Thanks everyone! I was going to use the waxing kit for my legs and try doing it down there but not sure yet. I'm thinking of buying the hot wax kit.
