How much water?

Hey ladies :)
I've seen so many different recommendations by doctors and health professionals for how much water we should drink every day...

There are so many recommendations that say different amounts... I'm 14 years old, so I think proper amount is 9 cups. And I've heard that drinking LOADS of water does miracles for skin.

So how many cups of water do you ladies drink per day to get better skin? Also post your age range so I can get a clearer idea of the amount.

I'm 18 and I'd say it's true drinking lots of great for everything I try to drink around 1.5L to 2 L a day but I live in a hot climate

Just keep drinking and drinking! Have at least 2 bottles of water a day! Water is the best! Your body is made up mostly of water so drink up.

I don't really keep track on how much water I drink a day, I just know that I switch out soda for water where ever I go.

This is really bad but I have at least 1-2 glasses of water a day and I'm 13 ;)

Anywhere from 7-8! I would recommend more! Water is so good for your body! There are lots of calorie-less sweeteners and flavors you can add if the "taste" of water doesn't suffice your thirst or taste cravings!
