Mine have done the same thing for years. I recently changed my routine and it has been staying longer. I buff my nails so they are a bit rough, go over them with 100% pure acetone, go over again with 90% alcohol, put on a very thin layer of base coat (I love orly bonder), very thin coats of color, top coat (orly glosser). Make sure you coat your free edge with every layer of polish!
