Does anybody use headphones while working? Would that be weird? Maybe just one headphone in?
I find it hard to concentrate sometimes because I get consumed in talking and then the job takes forever.
What are your thoughts?

If its for a friend and your practising a certain look on him/her & they know that you want that time to really focus on what your creating, then yes maybe that's ok. For a job, no. I would consider it rude. I've had a nail lady do my nails while on her phone, a beauty therapist chew gum while waxing my brows & I never returned to both because they are not professional in my opinion. That time is the clients time & its all about the client. If you work from home & have a studio, set up a stereo & play the music you like to get you going.

For a job, that is a no no in my book. Not professional at all.

I'm on the fence about this. Most clients would tune out to their own music, leaving you in awkward silence as you work. If you can have music playing on speakers softly (not fully blasting) then it should be okay.
