Do any of you know what's something good for damaged hair I bleached it twice to get red in to my hair now I regret it :( don't want to get a hair cut cause when I go I say cut my ends only and people don't listen so do you know what fixes damaged hair?? Help please!!

Protein treatments, warm coconut oil, and... yes, you need to cut it, unfortunately. find a stylist who will actually listen to you. it's SO important to trust your stylist.

For specific products, I recommend ion reconstruct packs (from sally beauty), Aussie 3 minute miracle, and "last call" deep leave in conditioner which I think is from bedhead. love, a former red-hair-addict.

Nothing repair split end yur hair is dead it aint living so you can heal it there's way to prevent and protect using products such a oils wutever but to get rid of em yu need to cut.
