How to keep curls in longer!

Whenever I did my hair for school I would curl it with my wand but I live in Texas so it was humid 24/7 and my curls would fall by the time I got to second period. ( I would straighten my hair a little then do the curls the night before and spray hairspray on them before I went to bed!)

After you curl them, twist the hair and pin it down. That way it'll cool in a scrunched form, not cool all down loose.

Also try a mousse instead of spray, the mousse is thicker and can hold a shape better.

Or try overnight headband curls. Anything overnight typically lasts really really long :)

Did you touch up the curls in the morning?

Right after you curl it, pincurl that sucker and wrap your head or protect it with something. once you get to school take it down and use something that fights frizziness and a humidity protector

Definitely pin curl after using the iron. Are you using any sort of prep product? Mousse, hair primer, lightweight gel, etc.

Rachel: Nope just heat protectant and that's it!

Definitely consider a mousse or another product with hold to it. These are a few of my favorites. Don't mind the short sexy hair being "short" sexy hair, it works great with long hair as well and provides lots of volume, and will help keep some humidity out!
