Returning my recent lipstick haul :-(

I postes this earlier but havent seen anything yet.

I have decided to return my NYX lipsticks that I recently purchases at a Super Target. I emailed them via Facebook and finally got a reaponse this morning. I feel more comfortable buying them online. Here is there email :

Hi,

For returns you would want to return to Target. We are sorry this happened. Unfortunately not all of our products come sealed at the request of our retailers. Please let us know if you have an issue returning. If you purchase direct fro us we assure everything is new, even if it is not sealed.

I will be emailing Target to see why they would request the lipstick to not have any safety measure on the products I bought.

That's a bummer. :( It should be a law that all products come sealed.

I agree Shelly. I will be returning all 10 lipsticks and the Primer from NYX line. I didnt like how my skin looked after I used it and did my normal makeup ( way to shiny ).

Em L. , are they nice about returning makeup? I have returned a foundation here and there but nothing like this.
