Honey is a natural humectant which helps the skin retain moisture. You can literally slather it all over your face and let it sit for a few mins! Lol.

Light moisturizer at night after washing. Use a gentle face wash that doesn't have salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide as the main ingredient (both drying agents that will irritate skin) and be sure to exfoliate every so often as well.

Try using a gentle cleanser. Cetaphil has a great one that's great for all skin types. Exfoliate once or twice a week using a gentle scrub to just get off the dry patches. After, moisturize with a moisturizer made for dry sky (cerave is great but cetaphil has a great one for dry skin also. It comes in a tub, however, so it's just somewhat less hygienic). Also, drink plenty if water!

You can use milk to help get rid of dry patches. Just soak a rag in milk and then let it sit on your face for 10 or more minutes. After you do that, dip the rag in milk again and gently scrub your face with the washcloths for about 3 minutes.
