Coconut oil. I have really thick hair and it works wonders! The first time I tried it I slept with overnight. It was a bit smelly but did not bother me much. Now I do it for an hour and them shower. Try to not put to much on your scalp, it can make your hair greasy. Overall I adore it!

For a diy mask I tend to use banana, coconut oil, and egg blended together. It makes your hair very strong healthy, long and shiny... But be careful it could make your hair greasy lol.

I wouldn't recommend coconut oil if you use hot tools do to the high smoke point coconut oil has... Now grape seed on the other hand has a very low smoke point... But my moist favorite mask is the Paul Mitchell white ginger awaphui deep treatment! Amazing, second would be the its a ten miracle keratin mask, and third joico deep penetrating mask.

Ok this may sound realllyyyy weird. Put plain mayonnaise in your hair for 2 hours ( with a shower cap over it ) was it out with some conditioner. Then your hair looks sooo silky and healthy it's worth it :)

1) coconut oil mixed with olive oil helps a lot in hair growth.
2) fenugreek seeds paste + yogurt :a natural conditioner for hair.Makes it soft and shiny and strengthens it.
3) egg white + yogurt +olive oil: great mask for hair growth.
Stay away from heat styling. Also, you can have Vitamin E capsules.I started a month back and my hair has grown half an inch :)))
you can also apply vitamin E oil to your scalp!

@Hannah- you can get fenugreek seeds at any grocery store and its very cheap.I don't know how much it will cost in dollars. In Indian rupees it costs almost 10 rupees for 10gms.
you have to soak the seeds overnight and make paste the next day.
Vitamin E oil you can get at any drugstore.:))
