Brush your teeth with bicarb soda instead of toothpaste! Works wonders!

I've used many teeth whiteners and I have to say the listerine total care plus whitening works great. Noticed a difference within a few days.

Try a whiting toothpaste after you go to the dentist at do some thing to scrub all of the plaque off your teeth and the whitning toothpaste adds some keeps it white and fresh.

Use Crest's Glamorous White mouthwash and toothpaste. Swish with the mouthwash once a day for 30 seconds and brush your teeth right afterwards. It works really well!
