Miswak. Use it like 3 times a day for 2 mins and teeth o white in a week by soooo many shades. Miswak looks like a twig but is a root with special natural qualitiesnfor teeth whitening and other medical benifits. Cheap too. Traditional method has been used for centuries.

Truthfully I'd start with pure baking powder and work your way up to gels and strips.

Walmart brand white strips!! They're the best an they're only 15 dollars I think. I only whiten my top teeth so I get a lot if uses out of them by using the bottom strips for my top teeth too.

Definitely Equate (Walmart Brand). You can also try using Peroxide as a mouthwash (kills bacteria, helps with open sores, and is a whitener).

It's pricey, but its called SuperSmile. Buy the toothpaste and activator gel and use it together. I have seen quite a difference in the whiteness of my teeth in less than a week, plus never having used whitening strips before.
