Illamasqua has two -- one loose, one pressed.

Loose ~ http://www.illamasqua.com/shop/products/face-and-body/lp-010-loose-powder (it says transparent, but it's white)

Pressed ~ http://www.illamasqua.com/shop/products/face-and-body/pp-010-pressed-powder (same)

And Kryolan (they own Illamasqua) in TL1...

There are probably others; I'm sure.

Silica powder (MUFE HD or e.l.f. HD) won't really work, IMO.

The Cover FX translucent powder in "light" is truly translucent, but if you use it more than sparingly you'll get a white overcast. It has no tint to it at all. I absolutely love this powder in general.

thanks for the tips ladies..i will def check out all of those products and see which one might work best for me...great advice! thanks agian for helping...xo sarahann

Personally MUFE HD Loose Powder totally works for me. Get a sample from Sephora and see if you like it maybe.
