An awesome waterproof eyeliner Amanda is Maybelline's eyestudio gel liner! It comes with it's own brush and is only around $8. It stays on after my fun at the lake, and all day at work (I'm a lifeguard)! Welcome and have fun : )

Mark. Cosmetics makes a good liquid liner that's waterproof, Get in Line.
If you're okay with splurging.. A lot Cailyn makes the most amazing eyeliner ever! It's waterproof, smudge proof, sweat proof. Life proof.
It's absolutely worth every single penny.

As for waterproof eyeliners, here are a few of my favorites:
Bobbi Brown Liner Pot
Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes
Anastasia Covet Waterproof Eyeliner
As for the Bare Minerals - if you are using the loose liner shadows, the weather everything works WAY better than the water. I also like mixing my Anastasia Brow Genius Waterproofer for extra waterproof power.
If using the waterproof pencils, these are very creamy in texture so either use sparingly on the waterline to tightline the eye, or use an eyeliner brush - wait 30 seconds to dry and it makes for a longer lasting power.
