I haven't tried going to a place to have my eyebrows threaded, but I'm curious...Does it hurt? Is it better than other methods of eyebrow maintenance? Is it too costly? Just wondering...

It hurts the first few times and sometimes it depends can just depends on the person who's actually doing your brows. I have only had my eyebrows threaded so I really can't compare it to any other method, but I'll tell you its worth it. Where I go it costs $10 each time and where I use to go it was $12. In most places however they'll offer you a membership where after so many times of going, you'll get a free trip or other memberships just let you pay a little less.
bottom line I highly recommend threading(:

I get my eyebrows threaded most of the time it hurts only the 1st time, now it doesn't hurt anymore. & it's very cheap around my place to get them threaded only $6. I do recommend threading you'll really like it. 😉

It's a little more expensive than wax, but not much more. It also hurts a little more, but you do get used to it. The result looks better than wax though. Your brows get a great shape and look so clean

I've always gotten mine threaded and it does hurt the first couple of times but it does get better! I think it's worth the pain because it does look more natural and it's done with more precision especially when it comes to the arch, it's harder for them to mess up basically. You should give it a try :)

It does hurt but totally worthit! it defines your face and makes you look even more fabulous! a away to reduce the amount of pain is to really stretch your eye brow when they tell you to hold it in the eyebrow shop :-)

@ Kelly: its a way to clean your eyebrows like plucking or waxing except it done with a thread.

I have! Wasn't costly at all for me, it's good because it doesn't damage the skin like waxing nor does it take off to much hair, it's pretty exact. I didn't think it hurt TOO much just a bit, sorta weird feeling.
