Coastal Scents shadows are really pigmented, if Sugar Pill has a yellow I bet it's pigmented as all their colors are.

I have the 88 original palette and the 252 palette from coastal scenta and I cannot get the yellow shades to look vibrant..they are always chalky :( I use nyx's hd eyeshadow base and the jumbo pencil in milk.

The colors @LynzieB suggested are beautiful , I have MAC Sunny Spot which is a yellow with a green undertone to it , & goldmine is a yellow with a golden undertone to it. I'm a MAC girl , I suggest you visit the MAC store , love their make-up!

I also pat nyx pigment in yellow pearl on top of my yellow shadow. I like the way that looks. you could try some pigments those probably have better yellows that you want. maybelline has some new color tattoo pigments.
