Try the Matrix Biolage Normalizing Shampoo! It is amazing at balancing the oil on hair and volumizes a little bit so fine hair isn't as easily wade down. Try it, its amazing! :)

Try tresemme platinum strength and make sure to really scrub your head when you use it or else the oil won't go away.
