You can get coconut oil at health food stores or grocery store with the other cooking oils. Make sure it's extra virgin and unrefined, it should be solid and white and melt at your body temperature

When I do a coconut oil treatment I like to apply it on dry hair focusing on the ends, put my hair in a shower cap and blowdry hair in the cap for a few minutes to let the pores in my hair open up and absorb more I then leave it for 2 hours or sleep in it and wash my hair the next day, shampoo twice and condition as normal

I did ombre too and it was a mess! My hair was terribly damaged! But I started to put a hair mask with eggs, mayo and olive oil and now my hair is gorgeous 😁

Wait Brittany, you used biolage before bleaching is that right? I think I got that right! My hair dresser just talked me into buying it so it's not a scam?

Bleaching and using heat tools damages hair and takes out the hairs protein or keratin. you should use a keratin treatment to put the protein back in your hair. but obt use it everyday. you can get it from your stylist or try sallys and ask the employee about keratin masks or conditioners. :) coconut oil is also great. You might need to trim off the ends in a few weeks too.

Yep! I was only using drugstore shampoos and my hair was damaged and had a waxy layer, I went to get it done and she urged me to try the fibrestrong line and got my color correction 6 weeks later and my results were amazing! Didn't even need a trim - it's seriously a miracle hair solution!

Let it grow out and cut it off. There is no way to "repair" damaged hair. You can make it have more shine and have the appearance of healthy hair, but in reality you cannot make your damaged ends healthy again.
