NYX has a lot of amazing products- eyeshadow base, setting spray, palettes, concealer ETC.!

Revlon makes such quality lipsticks for $6-$7. Great colour range too!

I LOVE Revlon Colorstay Foundation and Wet n Wild makes some AMAZING shadows and blushes! Also elf brushes all the way. And ditto to EVERYTHING Mookey B said! Hope that helps! Oh and NYC makes a GREAT bronzer called Sunny (For less than 3 bucks) and their liquid liners are pretty good too!

Nyx has awesome stuff, urban decay has really pretty eye shadows, I like maybelline mascara and their eye color tattoo collection and their gel eye liner.
