so my best friend's birthday is coming up. And it's not just any birthday, its her Qincenera!! So it's super duper big and she's like my sister. So, she told me it's my job to get her makeup as her present since it will mark her being allowed to wear makeup. So I want something high quality, good for beginners, with a lot of stuff in it, (so not like just a couple eye shadows, or just a few lip glosses). The budget is 100$ Anything below or at. Try not to pick anything that's limited edition unless its like only summer because I have to save up and her Quince isn't until July. Also if its like a couple dollars over 100 like, 102 or 106 that's perfectly okay.

I suggest the Naked Pallette by Urban Decay, they also came out with the Naked Pallette 2. All neutral colors, which are great for a first time make up wearer. Have fun!

thanks! I really like the naked palettes but I was looking for something that had a range of products. So I may combine sets like what Terra M. said :)

try NYX cosmetics, especially since she's a beginner. Its sold at Ulta and in my opinion $100 is way too much to spend on beginners, you can probably get a basket full of NYX products (from eyeshadow palettes, lipsticks, blushes, etc.) that she will enjoy for $40-$50. You should keep the other $50 for yourself ;-)

Brushes! She can pick and choose colors on her own, but without a good foundation of tools, all the pretty makeup might be applied poorly! Lash curlers, brushes, brow scissors, tweezers, etc. are nice too!
