Hello!

Im wearing a dark blue dress with ruffles that go down from the waist.
I have dark skin...like pretty dark indian skin.
Any suggestions?

I was going to suggest something similar to Kimberly's idea! I'd say go for a natural look. You don't want to look too wild or painted on your special day! If you're looking to add a subtle pop of color I think it would still look awesome if you used dark blue instead of brown for your smokey eye. Depending on your accents I would suggest adding a brown or gray matte shadow to your inner corners to really make your eyes pop!

I think that arabian makeup is so beautiful. I recommend doing an arabian inspired look, look online for tutorials on youtube. I would say to use gold and dark brown.
