Prom hair/nails/makeup to go with dress. PLEASE HELP!!!

I think that you, since you have blue eyes, should go with a reddish-purple smokey eye. Something like MAC Cranberry. Classy and classic, but more fun than just a normal black one, also not as dark. Just a neutral lip and cheek to go with it. It's more fun to make your eyes the focus! At least to me. For your nails, you could do pretty much anything, but I personally prefer something more classic for prom, so maybe just a very bright, vibrant red?
