Princess Peach (from Nintendo if you don't recognize the name) wears pink lipstick and black mascara. That's it. All of the fan-made Princess Peach makeup tutorials I found online have crazy eyeshadow colors, bright pink blush, and other unnecessary additions. If you want to look like Princess Peach, especially if you already have the blonde hair and blue eyes, I would suggest natural shades of blush and eyeshadow. Make sure the mascara and lipstick is noticeable, but not too noticeable... :)

Nerds unite! Well, I think that if you're doing a Mario inspired series (which actually sounds super fun, now that I think about it.), or even just one for Princess Peach, then there are two ways to go about it. One, of course, is to look like her; something that would be an easy thing for Halloween, but otherwise a boring tutorial. The other, I guess more traveled route, is an inspired look. This takes in all the different aspects of her appearance and personality. Thus, you could take in the pink from her dress, the yellow of her hair, the blue-green of her jewels, and the gold of her crown. Not to mention, since she's supposed to be a princess in peril, you could take in aspects such as doll-like blush and her wide, cartoonized eyes. Princess peach isn't exactly a makeup idol in terms of what she wears, but people can easily be inspired to do a look of her, rather than of her 'makeup'. I actually kind of want to do a tutorial/series now... That sounds so fun!

Those additions are generally so that the person can look more Peach-like (with big eyes and the same-ish features), not to copy her exact makeup.
