I have really slow growing nails because I used to bite them. I was just wondering how I could from them long and strong quite fast?

There's nail paint that's called "hard as nails" and it's supposed to harden the enamel in your nails. It works really good :)

My nails are awful, they bend and peel but I've been having gelish manicures and they're long and really strong now. It also lasts like 3weeks on my nails. I had to try a few different makes for example the shellac didn't work as well on me, but I'd recommend it to anyone :)
