Hey everybody! Has anyone tried out sea salt spray? I have thick asian hair, does it still give me that messy look?

Depending on the brand, the spray will most likely just give you more texture. if you have thick, heavy hair it won't really add wave, but you can still get a pretty messy look

I have the Not Your Mother's sea salt texturizing spray and I really wanted to like it but I don't know, I feel like I need to wash my hair instantly bc it feels weird

Maybe if I was going out or felt like styling it would be different but I don't know. And yeah I know the spray is texturizing and supposed to make your hair feel differently but I just I don't know something about it makes me feel ew.

I just bought Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray, tried it for the first time today. It gives your hair a bit of a matte texture, makes it feel a bit rough. I just used my hair dryer on the low setting and scrunched it a bit as I couldn't find my diffuser. It definitely added extra texture, and makes me feel like I have more hair. Not sure how "beachy" it looks though...

When I go to the salon to get my hair curled for something, they use it (after washing) to 'dirty' it up (dirtier hair holds curls better!) (: hope I helped!

Healthy Sexy Hair beach spray has argan oil in it too, keeps it shiny and textured. I go through bottles of it, I love it that much.
