I'm a big fan of bold colors and recently have been itching to try orange lipstick, even though I don't really wear lipstick at all. I was wondering what people think about orange lipstick and who can pull it off, if anyone.

everyone can pull of orange lipstick! you just have to find the right shade for your skin tone...it may not necessarily be a bright orange color but it could be a variation like a reddish orange! there are so many different shades out there, you just need to try some on :)

I love bright and bold makeup! And orange lipstick is one of those aspects. You can totally pull it off, anyone can. One of my favorite orange lipsticks is Revlon's Tutti Frutti.

Would you guys say that only a warm-toned person can pull off Morange by MAC? I pull it off very well and I've always wandered whether I'm warm or cool toned and maybe this means I'm warm toned?
I recommend Morange by MAC though. I think it's just the correct happy medium between red and orange with just a little bit more orange than red..but not like NEON orange.

I love an Orange lip! Im very fair skin tone (not sure if its cool or warm or neutral) I wear orange lips with winged eyeliner, I love that look and I recommend MAC Lady Danger, MAC Prolongwear in A30, Revlon Tutti Frutti, and Revlon Kiss me Coral.

Being a cool-toned gal, I searched for a long time for the right orange lipstick that wouldn't look silly on me. A friend of mine that sells Mary Kay suggested their cream lipstick in Sunny Citrus. I bought it, tried it, and added my own little touch to make it work. Try an orange lipstick with gold eyeshadow dusted on top of the center innermost part of your lips. It really gives your lips some dimension and looks great with just eyeliner and mascara.

I have a very cool skin tone, and it's so freaking hard to find a good orange lipstick! I love bold lipstick, and it's SO HARD to find a good orange! Like I'm not even kidding, SO HARD!!! haha I really want to. I think it's just one of those colors that only work for warm skin tones. :P

I love wearing an orange lip! Pretty much anybody can pull it off but you have to find your shade. It helps to know what "season" you are and whether you have cool, neutral or warm skin.
Google "what season am i?" There's a ton of site to help you find out.

I have a ton of orange and coral lipsticks! I love them. the only thing I'd say would cause me to be hesitant about wearing orange lipstick, is that in my opinion it can make your teeth seem more yellow then white.

I have an orange lipstick from mac and I love it. Oranges and corals are fantastic for Spring, I say go for it! This could be the start of your love for lipstick. I did a blog post about red lipstick and getting more comfortable wearing it. This will apply to any bright color you want to try:

I was all like "Orange . . . eewww" But now I love it - my fav is Neon Orange by MAC. I am pale as, with a cool skin tone, but that orange is awesome. Seriously, who gives a shit if you're cool or warm toned, if you think you look hot wearing orange - go ahead and wear it!!

Coral/Orange are definitely the It colors for the season. I love bold lips my self and personally think anyone can pull it off. It's just about finding the right shade for you and since orange is really in right now you can easily find some in variety of shades. Just buy a few drugstore ones so you can't test and try a few different shades :)

Sally's has a really beautiful mini orange lipstick for like 99 cents! You should try it out!

OCC's beta is BEAUTIFUL and I find it really flatters any skintone, but it does make your teeth look kind of yellow.

Check out vintageortacky's YT channel. She also has a Beautylish. Her name is Cora A., I believe. She has a vid to help all skintones/undertones find their right color orange :)

I love me a bold lip but the only way I could pull this look off is if it was bright coral or red orange.

A nice entry into the world of orange lippies is Revlon's lip balm in "tutti fruitti" Its a soft orange without the super brightness factor. But if you want a super bright I suggest Bobbi Brown's "atomic orange". Its a limited edition shade but I've seen it on several gals of various skin tones and it looks pretty sweet.

It's awesome. It can be a bit intimidating though. If you're not really a lipstick person, have you thought about trying a stain or gloss to ease your way into the colour?

I find that the bright orange colours look good on darker girls, but rules are made to be broken! For paler girls, a peachy orange is the best, try a bright orange lip gloss first if you're unsure, they look flattering on everyone :)

Orange for me is Milani's Mandarina
