Has wearing eyeshadow primer with eyeshadow too frequently ever irritated anyones eyelids??? or under the brow area? Small tiny bumps perhaps

I'm using Sacha cosmetics eye shadow primer. so is it the primer or is it the eye shadow itself? Frustrated much!

I think you'd have to experiment by using a different primer/eyeshadow to find out.

Frustrated even more now. But irritation or not...makeup must be worn :) its my drug

Never had that problem (have used both UDPP and NYX's HD e/s primer).

Little bumps on the eye is usually a sign of contamination from either bacteria on your eye shadow brush, eye shadow, or primer. Try sanatizing everything (if you can) and see if the problem continues.
