What top to wear with these shorts? And are they too short?

It's finally warm where I am so I'm taking as much sun in as possible! :) What shirt can I wear with these shorts and are they too short?

They're a little high waisted which is why they look kind of long but they're a tiny bit above mid thigh on me.

Too short? I don't think so. They look fine, and you have legs that could pull off anything anyways. I'd like to see an off the shoulder shirt, in peach, or mint. Think that would be really pretty :)

I think they are a little bit short. Are the shorts longer than your finger tips when you have them on? As in, straighten your back and let your arms just fall to your side. If the shorts are longer than your fingers then you're good.

@Emily P, they're quite shorter than my fingertips haha. If anything they go down a little bit lower than my wrist.
