What are some tips of how to grow my nails out?

Try keeping them painted, keeps you from biting them. You could also find a clear nail polish that strengthens and makes your nails grow.

Also make sure to keep them well groomed. Take care of your nail beds! :)

I could never grow mine long until I started doing no chips. Now..they are long and they don't snag, bend or break. Goodbye tips thanks to a great manicurist. Love having my own long nails.
